Unexpectedly, a couple of weeks ago and earlier than my carefully made plans, my daughters found the right house in the right location for me and it was both logically and emotionally the one we wanted to buy, so I made an offer and secured a contract.  Having to deal with agents, vendors, finance lenders, inspectors, conveyancers and solicitors, all became important, all of them either enhancer and enablers or tainters and problematic.
