We needed to sell my Aunt’s home on the Gold Coast at Burleigh Waters as she was moving to an Aged Care Facility. Had a few agents give us a recommended sale price but Conal came in considerably higher than the others and was confident that with tenacity and hard work he could come up with the price we were looking for to ensure my Aunt could comfortably live out her remaining years without further worry. We always had a figure in mind and weren’t overly confident of Conal’s higher figure.
